Digestive REST, RESET, REBUILD program...

The secret to health lies in the digestive system.

We sometimes get so focused on the problem of "losing weight" that we forget there may be underlying causes that are preventing your body from letting go of fat.  In this program we look deeper into the health of your digestive system and the functioning of your metabolism. There is no hype here or secret food to remove or to eat. It starts with understanding how your body works.  Below is a brief outline of the program...
REST the digestive system for 7 days...
  • learn daily self care
  • add supplements to help the liver get healthy and the body to let go of toxins
  • eat a variety of vegetables and fruits
RESET the digestive system for 7 days...
  • continue with week one routine of self care, supplements, vegetables and fruits
  • add protein and learn the right amount per day for you and the secret to preserving muscle mass
  • add gluten free whole grains in the right amount and at the right time for you
  • begin movement practice of walking and yoga
REBUILD the digestive system for 14 days...
  • test dairy and gluten
  • tweak your program based upon what you are experiencing
