Why work with me?​

I have spent 30 years learning about nutrition and health. I know what works and what doesn't. I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified IAYT Yoga Therapist. But most importantly I have helped others lose weight and keep it off.

What does it involve?

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions via zoom - up to 1 hour if needed.

  • Filling out a health questionnaire.

  • Begin with 7-day cleanse of eating vegetables and fruits.

  • Adding in other foods after cleanse slowly to test for food sensitivities.

  • Filling out nutrition assessment to address any deficiencies.

  • Together we begin to create your new eating plan - I provide support, guidance and recipes throughout the program.

  • Taking measurements and/or tracking of weight.
